I LOVE that blue. Watched the vid, it looks quite labor-intensive, but hey, go for it. Since he did it in stages, and like he said, if during a certain step, you don't like it, you can re-work it before going on to the next step. I did something similar to this technique on a wall in a kitchen a few houses ago. I simply used a wet rag, squirted some craft (water-based) paint on the rag and sort of swiped and blotted it on the wall. I liked it, people who visited thought it was genius! ha!
